Modern
life and stress can push us to lose our feeling of balance and well
being. As a result, we may suffer at times from anxiety, depression,
insomnia, low energy, back pain, digestive problems or other imbalances
of the body and mind.
My work is to help your
body access its natural capacity for self healing. I use Shiatsu and Thai yoga
massage, which are based in traditional Asian medicine. They can help to
balance the flow of energy in your body and improve your health and well
being.
